1A - Orientation: Direction to Get You Started

Exploring our own minds, emotionally, can be extremely rewarding.

Thank you for your curiosity about our EQ Self-Study Program. Our step-by-step program is designed to help you get the most out of your experience with us. It offers key lessons to read and study, activities and evaluations to perform, and other optimum ways to learn to explore, better understand and manage the human mind.

We provide this program, free, knowing that the world is in need of EQ training programs open to anyone, no matter what their financial status. Sometimes, as it is with financial know-how, those who need the know-how the most are the ones who can least afford it. However, there is a cost of time, attention, and efforts. These expenditures are necessary.

Our program is dedicated to addressing the knowledge and providing the tools that build more behaviorally aware and emotionally stable minds. This program is designed to help those who study it get the best out of life, emotionally. The lessons were prioritized numerically, so the first mile of your journey to understand your mind better and improve your emotional intelligence is here to explore. Read lessons 1 - 3 in order, before performing activities.

Please note that the content of lesson 7 “Improving Speakers, Writers, Leaders EQ” may be of interest to only those in such positions. However, this section is still worth previewing by anyone in order to understand this lesson’s relationship with emotional intelligence and to become familiar enough with its content to use as a reference for occasional speaking needs.

Thank you again for your curiosity about our program. By reading the lessons and performing the activities listed, it should help you start viewing your own mind in a whole different perspective. We look forward to continuing to enhance your insight.
